A Reta Member Trustor

Welcome to Reta
Since Reta’s humble beginnings five decades ago, the Roman Catholic Directives stand as our core guiding principles in everything we do. In how we design healthcare benefits. In auditing our claims for ERD compliance. With Reta Trust investments that are aligned with Catholic principles. In how we operate our business day to day.
And now we are pleased to announce that we have developed a new healthcare program specially designed for smaller Catholic organizations with less than 100 employees that up until now had limited options for comprehensive and affordable Catholic healthcare.

Our Pillars of Commitment
The Reta Advantage
Our founding commitments are represented by the six Pillars that support the foundation of who we are, what we do and how we evolve to best serve our Trustors. These Pillars also separate Reta from the rest. Click on each pillar below to learn more.
Serving Trustors Nationwide
Member Organizations
Reta currently serves Roman Catholic dioceses, archdioceses, religious communities, and other institutions across the United States. These Trustors help coordinate delivery of our services to their member organizations.

Reta Leadership
Individual member organizations elect a Board of Trustees that governs all aspects of Reta’s policies, operations and budget for the self-funded Trust.
Through prudent management and leadership, Reta has consistently provided a fully-funded plan status. And beyond that, we have been able to return nearly $100 million in premium credits to our member organizations since 2006.
